After their physical altercation back in July 2009, Jayde Nicole has finally settled her lawsuit against Joe Francis.
The Playboy model sued the “Girls Gone Wild” founder for $1 million after he was caught on camera grabbing her hair and throwing her to the ground at LA hotspot Guys and Dolls.
A rep for the brunette babe told Radar Online, "Generally speaking, my client would never settle cases that are close to trial that she initiates unless she was thrilled, delighted, and overjoyed with the resolution. She wishes Joe all the best and is glad this matter is behind them."
