'American Idol' Frontrunner Casey Abrams Hospitalized

Oh no! I've got not-so-great news and a bit of good news for American Idol fans. One of our favorite guys in the competition is reportedly in the hospital. Crowd favorite, Casey Abrams, was reportedly rushed to the hospital for stomach problems. The good news about this is that we know he's made it through the ominous final cut in the hangar, but if he doesn't get well soon, he won't be able to tape his performance for the top 12 men next week and that would be a complete tragedy. Abrams is the 19-year old who claimed to look like Seth Rogen before he wowed every one with his bluesy voice, melodica-playing, and later his skills on the upright base (an Idol first).
