A goal in either half for Ajax Cape Town saw them run out 2-0 winners of Mpumalanga Black Aces in an Absa Premiership match at the Puma Rugby Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

It was a slow start by both sides as neither team were able to find their rhythm in the opening minutes. Instead possession constantly changed hands as both teams gifted the ball back to their opposition with some poor passing.
It took until the 18th minute before the crowd finally saw an effort on goal and it went the way of the home side.
