Looking to make some needed changes before getting too far into 2011, David Arquette has checked into rehab for treatment.
The recently separated "Scream" actor partied it up on New Year's at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel before going to seek professional help.
According to reports, Arquette's reasons for checking into the undisclosed center are to address troubles with alcohol and depression.
