Conmebol to vote for Spain-Portugal bid

The South American representatives on Fifa's executive committee will vote for Spain and Portugal's joint bid to co-host the 2018 World Cup, a high-ranking confederation official confirmed on Thursday.

"We're going to give our votes to Spain. There's not the smallest doubt," said Eduardo Deluca, general secretary of the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), at the draw for the Copa Libertadores.
